This series of crushers is suitable for crushing all kinds of ores and rocks with medium hardness and above. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment and economical use. The spring safety system is an overload protection device, which can make the foreign iron block pass through the crushing chamber without jeopardizing the machine, and adopts two kinds of sealing forms of dry oil or water to isolate the stone powder from the lubrication to ensure reliable operation. This series of crusher is divided into three types: coarse crusher cone crusher, medium crush cone crusher and fine crusher cone crusher. The standard type is suitable for medium crushing, the medium type is suitable for fine crushing, and the short head type is suitable for fine crushing. Can be purchased according to different needs of users.

1. High performance and low cost. Optimized cavity type, reasonable speed and stroke combination, stable and reliable performance, improved production capacity and reduced production cost. Using the principle of laminating and crushing, the number of finished cubes is increased, the particle size is uniform, and the gradation is reasonable.
2. Safe and reliable operation. Large-diameter spindles and heavy-duty mainframes ensure ruggedness and reliable operation. Multi-point controlled independent thin oil lubrication system ensures double protection of bearing lubrication. Automatic protection is provided by an iron protection device and an automatic control system.
3. Easy to operate and repair. All components can be removed from the top or side for easy removal of the fixed cone and moving cone assembly. The hydraulic clearing system quickly cleans the crushing chamber, greatly reducing downtime.
 

Working principle

 
During operation, the rotation of the motor is rotated by a pulley or a coupling, a cone crusher drive shaft and a conical crusher cone under a urging of the eccentric sleeve. Therefore, the broken wall of the crushing cone is close to the surface of the shackle wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve, so that the ore is continuously subjected to impact, pressing and bending in the crushing chamber to realize the crushing of the ore.
