And its feeding granularity is large, and the discharge particle size is adjustable, which can crush the materials with compressive strength ≤ 160 MPa. Structure
Double roll crusher is mainly composed of roller, roller support bearing, pressing device, adjusting device and drive device.

Working principle
A wedge-shaped or gasket adjusting device is arranged between the two rollers. The top of the wedge device is equipped with an adjusting bolt. When the adjusting bolt lifts the wedge upward, the wedge moves the movable roller away from the fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers. As the size of the material increases, the particle size becomes larger. When the wedge moves downward, the two-wheel gap becomes smaller and the particle size becomes smaller when the movable roller is pressed by the spring. The gasket device adjusts the size of the material by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the gasket. When the gasket is increased, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger. When the gasket is reduced, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller and the particle size of the discharge becomes smaller. . The drive mechanism is composed of two motors, which drive the drag roller through the V-belt drive to the sheave, and rotate in the opposite direction. When the material is crushed, the material passes through the roller from the feed port and is broken by rolling. The broken product is discharged from under the bottom frame.
