The ball mill is the key material grinding equipment after it has been broken. Ball mills are widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractories, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal beneficiation and glass-ceramic industries, and dry or wet grinding of various ores and other abrasive materials.

The ball mill consists of main parts such as feeding part, discharging part, turning part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electric control).

2. The discharge part is designed flexibly. The outlet design is reasonable, customers can choose iron separator according to their needs.
3. The cylinder, liner, media, bulkhead plate, and discharge sampan plate of the rotary part are all made of high-quality original components.
4. The feed part has a large amount of feed. A reasonable feed inlet design increases the amount of feed.
5. High grinding efficiency and good liner quality. The liner and grinding body are made of alumina ceramics, quartz, SILEX or special materials, and the hard minerals are designed with no iron contamination.
6. Use a closed system to reduce dust. Ultra-fine ball mills and classifiers form a closed system, delivering negative pressure, no dust, and less harm to the human body.

Ball mill working principle


This machine is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, external gear drive, two positions, lattice type ball mill. The material is fed into the first chamber of the mill through the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feed material. The chamber has a stepped liner or a corrugated liner, which contains steel balls of different specifications. The cylinder rotates to generate centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height. After falling, it will produce heavy blow and grinding effect on the material. After the raw material reaches the rough grinding in the first position, it enters the second position via a single-layered partition board. The leveling insert has a flat lining plate with steel balls inside and the material is further ground. The powder is discharged through the discharge sampan plate to complete the grinding operation.
