The grading machines mainly include high enthalpy type single spiral and double spiral, submerged single spiral and double spiral four grading machines. The classifier is widely applicable to the closed-loop split-flow shunting of sand ore in the beneficiation plant and the ball mill, or used in the gravity concentrator to classify the ore and fine mud, the particle size classification of the pulp in the metal beneficiation process, and the washing operation In the mud removal, dehydration and other operations. 2. The operation is reliable, convenient and flexible. Screw head into the water, the first use of pig iron sleeve set, reliable operation; stone powder quality is easy to control, 0.00 - 0.75mm stone powder content in the range of 2% -15% adjustable.

3. Low maintenance rate and strong wear resistance. Tile lining is used for low maintenance; the base is made of channel steel, and the body is welded with steel plates. The quality is good and the wear resistance is high.

 

Spiral classifier working principle

 

The classifier is based on the principle that the solid particles have different sizes and different specific gravities, and thus the settling velocity in the liquid is different. The fine ore particles float in the water and overflow, and the coarse ore particles sink to the bottom of the tank. A grading device for mechanical grading by pushing the screw upwards, which can grind the material level in the mill and add it to the filter. Then the coarse material is screwed into the inlet of the mill using the screw blade. The filtered fines are discharged from the overflow pipe. The base of the machine adopts channel steel and the body is welded with steel plates. Screw head into the water, the shaft, the use of cast iron sleeve, wear-resistant and durable, lifting device sub-electric and manual.

The classifier is mainly composed of a transmission device, a spiral body, a tank body, a lifting mechanism, a lower bearing (a bearing bush) and a discharge valve.
