HGM high efficiency superfine grinding machine is based on the research and development experience of the grinding equipment for more than 20 years. According to the actual situation of the use of grinding equipment for many years, in view of the needs of the development of the grinding powder industry, the new type of grinding technology and ideas at home and abroad are absorbed and the new products with international technical level have been developed. The machine is suitable for processing all kinds of non flammable and explosive mineral materials under 9.3 moth hardness and less than 7% humidity. It is ideal for processing quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talcum, ceramics, marble, granite, aluminite, bauxite, iron ore, barite, bentonite, coal gangue, coal and other materials. The fineness of the material can be adjusted between 0.18 mm (80 mesh) to 0.010 mm (1250 mesh), and some materials can reach 2000 mesh.

1. The investment is small and the income is high. Under the same yield and fineness, the high pressure micro grinding price is only 1/8 of the airflow mill, and the application range is larger than that of the airflow mill.
2. Low energy consumption. Under the same yield and fineness, the energy consumption of the system is only 1/3 of that of the airflow mill.
3. The rolling pressure is strong. Compared with other similar mills, the grinding pressure of grinding roller on the material increases by 800-1200KG under the action of high pressure spring.
4. The grain size of the feed is large and the grain size of the material is small. The size of the feed is large, and the ultrafine powder with a one-time average particle size can reach 6.5um.
5. Good sealing performance. High pressure micro powder grinding overlapped multistage sealing grinding device has good sealing performance.
6. Pulse dedusting. Automatic dust removal can be realized by pulse dedusting.

 

Working principle

 

The material is broken into small particles by the crusher, and the bucket elevator is sent to the storage hopper, and then the electromagnetic vibrating feeder is fed into the main engine for grinding. The grinding roll device in the main engine is rotated around the center axis, and the grinding roll is rotated around the grinding roller shaft. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the grinding roller compacts the grinding ring outward, and the revolving spatula is thrown between the roller rings and the roller is rolled to crush and grind. The powder of the grinding chamber is blown to the analysis machine above the main engine by the air blower of the blower. The finer is still falling into the main engine and regrinding. The fineness goes into the large cyclone collector with the specifications. After collection, the finished product is discharged through the discharge pipe, and the purified gas flows through the pipe on the large cyclone collector into the blower. The wind path is circular, except the blower to the grinding chamber is positive pressure, the air flow in the other pipelines is under negative pressure, the dust is not spilled, and the environment is free from pollution. Because the moisture content of the material is evaporated to gas during the grinding, the gas in the pipe in the joint of the flange and the inlet of the pipe leads to the increase of the air volume in the circulating air road, and the increased air volume is discharged after the purge of the bag filter.
